What you need in Genesys Cloud

  • Genesys Cloud organisation with the Audio Connector licence enabled
  • Admin access to the Genesys Cloud Admin Console
  • At least one Inbound Call Flow already created in Architect
  • Permission to create Audio Connector integrations and modify call flows
Audio Connector is a premium Genesys feature. If it does not appear under Integrations, contact your Genesys account manager or install it from AppFoundry (next step).
